Saint Monica Preparatory students have put in tremendous effort to bring Arthur Miller's timeless classic to life on stage, promising a performance that will captivate your senses and leave you in awe. About "The Crucible": Set in the puritanical backdrop of Salem, Massachusetts, "The Crucible" is a gripping tale of deceit, hysteria and moral dilemmas. The story unfolds as the town of Salem grapples with accusations of witchcraft, leading to a series of trials that challenge the very fabric of their society. Underlying the intense drama are themes of integrity, justice and the consequences of mass hysteria. Saint Monica Preparatory Football was honored this week by the Santa Monica City Council, lighting up City Hall and Pacific Park at the Pier green and gold for its 2023 CIF Southern Section Championship win. Congratulations to Coach Thomas Barnes and Mariner Football for this historic achievement!
