A place to study, pray and serve.

At SMPREP you will cultivate a heart that listens, a will that seeks holiness and a life that bears witness to God's love in the world.

IN KINSHIP WITH you

Kinship here means you’re not just joining a community — you’re becoming part of something alive, rooted in God’s love. You’ll find a sense of belonging that invites you to be fully yourself while growing alongside others in faith and friendship. As you grow, your presence and gifts will help shape the lives around you. At SMPREP, God is at work — in you, in others, and in the community you help create.

Education is not about knowing things or taking lessons but about being able to use three lingos: those of the head, the heart and the hands...learning so that you can think about what you feel and do, can feel what you think and do, and can do what you feel and think. Unity within a person."

- Pope Francis

STUDY

Teaching our Catholic faith isn’t just tacked onto our day or our curriculum — it is the heart of everything we do, and why we do it. We offer an immersive Catholic educational experience where you will learn who you are in Christ, understand that you were created for a unique purpose, and seek out what He has for you. In addition to this mindset already being a part of the SMPREP experience, all students at every grade level take religion and theology courses. These courses help take students through foundational parts of biblical teachings, Catholic Social Teachings, church history and Sacramental Preparation. Together, these help form a balance of our faith, practical ethics and a spiritual experience.

PRAY

At the center of our Catholic identity is a commitment to nurturing a deep and personal relationship with God. We believe that spiritual life is a journey — one that grows through prayer, reflection and active participation in the life of the Church. At SMPREP, we encourage students to cultivate their spiritual life through three central practices:  prayer, reflection and Mass attendance not just to grow in knowledge of God, but in loving relationship with Him. Over time, this nurtures a heart that listens, a will that seeks holiness, and a life that bears witness to God's love in the world.

SERVE

We believe that faith can be lived in its fullest expression through love — and that love is made visible through service. Inspired by the life and teachings of Jesus, we are called to actively care for God's creation in our daily lives. Service, at SMPREP, is not a program or a checklist — it is a way of seeing and responding to the world. As Pope Francis reminds us, “service is never ideological, for we do not serve ideas, we serve people.” This is a call to live in solidarity. It means recognizing the presence of Christ in every person and all His creation, and choosing to respond with compassion, humility and generosity. In embedding service in our school and spiritual life at every grade level, we seek to form students who love with intention, act with justice, and lead with empathy.
